Dr. Zachary Gouvas

Zac graduated from RMIT University with a double bachelor’s degree in Health Science and Applied Science (Chiropractic), where he developed various skills and techniques that he consistently uses with his patients. Zac is very passionate about working with people and providing manual chiropractic care to those in his community. He incorporates manual adjustments with activator techniques, soft tissue massage, pelvic blocking and mobilizations. He encourages his patients to have an understanding about how their body works and how to improve their overall mobility and function which he believes in addition to chiropractic care, can act as a preventative measure to reaggravation or injury.

Zac has been extremely passionate about sports and fitness from a young age, having been a soccer player for 14 years, additionally this meant that he experienced various injuries. Zac has developed knowledge from his prior injuries and has learnt techniques to prevent any further injuries from occurring. As such his main interests are biomechanics and rehabilitation. In his spare time, he enjoys consistently training and staying active, watching sport and spending time with friends and family.

Dr Zachary is available Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at our Rosanna clinic.
