Matt Hicks is a dedicated Remedial Massage Therapist with a passion for sports massage, injury prevention, and rehabilitation. After years of working in horticulture and agricultural research, Matt‘s own experience with soft tissue injuries—such as plantar fasciitis, tennis elbow, and sesamoiditis—led him to discover the benefits of remedial massage. Inspired by his own rehabilitation journey, he pursued formal training to help others overcome pain and improve their overall wellbeing.

Matt holds a Diploma of Remedial Massage Therapy and is a member of Massage & Myotherapy Australia. He has also completed additional studies in Fitness Instruction, Personal Training, Sport Nutrition, and Sport & Exercise Science, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the human body and movement.

With expertise in remedial massage, relaxation techniques, and trigger point therapy, Matt tailors his treatments to each individual’s needs, whether they are recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking relief from daily stress. His goal is to make a tangible difference in his clients’ lives—helping them move and feel better every day.

Originally from South London, Matt is passionate about gardening, health & wellbeing, martial arts, sailing, and team sports like rugby league and soccer. Above all, he enjoys spending time with his family and embracing the outdoors.
